To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number (the 4 digits number on your order slip) and email address or phone number (written the same way as it is on the order slip) in the fields above and click START
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email once your request is approved. 
  • If you reside in the UK, you will receive a shipping label too. 


Returns Terms and Conditions

You can request to return your item(s) within 28 days of receipt of your shipment.  Please note that:

  • They must be in their original condition
  • They must be unused, unworn and unwashed
  • They must be in their original packing with labels and tags intact. Item(s) without labels and tags won't be accepted.
  • You must enclose proof of purchase 


Are there any charges for return?

  • UK returns using the Saloos returns label are free of charge.
  • The cost and arrangement of non-UK returns are borne by the customer.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return has been approved, your refund will be processed within 10 working days and will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • It may take longer for your refund to appear in your account.
